# Penalty:
If the crime is committed ---
1) If the crime is committed for the first time - will be punished with 3 years jail / fine of Rs 5 lakh or both.
2) If you commit the same crime later - the punishment will be doubled. If you do it over and over again, Each time I will have to suffer double the punishment of the previous time.
3) If the child is sick or dies in this crime - then he will be sentenced to 10 years in jail / fine of Rs 50 lakh or both. This money will go to the family of the affected child.
